Stiff tonic not what it seemed

MALAYSIA has banned a local herbal medicine after
it was found to contain chemicals used in the anti-impotency drug
Viagra.
The Orgacare Unik Plus 1 herbal drug was blacklisted after it was
tested by the local Drug Control Authority following a complaint
from a regulatory agency of a foreign country, Health Minister Chua
Soi Lek said. He did not identify the country.
He said the purported herbal medicine, whose manufacturers claimed
it promoted general health, was found to be mixed with tadalafil
and sildenafil - chemicals that went into making Viagra.
