Women's sexual satisfaction still a mystery, says Researchers

Medical researchers spend lesser time studying
women's sexual interests and hence have little information on the
sexual anxieties and orgasms
in women. Researchers point out that sexual problem concerning men
has achieved a higher advantage where doctors identify most problems
as biological and rectify it. But most women feel dissatisfied by
the doctor's theory of a psychological problem revolving her sexual
desires.
Dr Susan Davis says, "Women's sexual problem has been very
trivialized and neglected." In women,
secondary dysfunctions occur only after a period of normal sexual
functioning and it could be psychological or organic in origin.
The awaited testosterone treatment suffered complications as women
with low testosterone some times showed high levels of sexual desire
and those with normal levels of testosterone had low sexual desires.
